We Do Church Different!
Now is the time to invite everyone to the house God built. Here is an easy...innovative...and non-offensive way to invite others to church. Simply, pick up a packet of 20 invite cards or door hangers in the lobby and share them with your neighbors, grocery clerk, school friends and co-workers. Let’s obey God and fulfill His great commission!

Audio/Visual Help Needed
Hey! So you have been thinking about volunteering, and now you have an open door to join the team! We are looking for an A/V and lighting engineer. Also we are in need of a person to duplicate service CDs. No worries...we will train you! We need your help for just 1 service per week. Please contact Brant at ext. 159.

Find healing from abortion trauma
The HEART bible study and support group is safe and confidential. We begin here at NBCC the weekend of September 26-27th, and continue for 8 weeks on Tuesday nights. Call Barbara for questions at (971) 219-3243.

Family Room is now open
In our new family room is a monitor to watch the sermon, baby changing areas
and restrooms so you can take care of your children during the service
times. It is located at the North end of the children's classrooms or ask
for assistance at the information counter. We know you will enjoy this room
as you hear the messages every week!

Women’s Ministries is starting a 10 week series called “Believing God” with
Beth Moore. Experiencing a fresh Explosion of Faith. Please meet in the Mt.
Hood room, for questions call Pastor Cheryl at ext. 120.
Men’s Ministries is also starting a 10 week series called “Honor’s Reward”
with John Bevere. How to attract God’s Favor and Blessing. Please meet in
Pine I & II, for questions call Pastor Ed at ext. 121.

Marriage for Life Class
Eight week class will begin:
Sunday September 14th, 11:00 am in Pine II Room
Learn
God’s principles for a Christian marriage. Discover tools that will help
you communicate effectively with your spouse. Develop skills that will
change the way you handle conflict. This class is open to people who are
married, divorced, engaged or singles who want to learn how to “divorce

New Beginnings Preschool & Daycare
Its still not too late to enroll your kids to our very own state certified Preschool and Daycare! State assistance is available. State certified, State DHS Assistance, partial and full-day enrollment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Are you GOOD at a trade?
The church needs your help with drywall repairs, painting, electrical, maintenance, carpet cleaning, handyman work and so much more. The church is a big building and requires a lot of care. If you have a couple hours a month and know others that can partner with you, please contact the Executive Pastor, Michael Hanson at 503-256-6050 ext. 101.
