What's happening with The Net works?

They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions
and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes
and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

Experiencing friendship, faith and fun together!

That’s the purpose of The Networks group ministry. We want everyone connected to New Beginnings to experience life to the fullest. That can’t be done alone. That is why we have a large variety of groups.

This is what we accomplish through the Groups Ministries:

  • To connect us in lasting friendships that will bring fulfillment and the sense of well being that occurs when we know we are part of a loving community.

  • To expand our faith: our faith in God, our faith in His Word and our faith in our own ability to reach out and share His life with others.

  • To have fun together as we enjoy the good life God has for each of us.

The Groups typically meet on for at least three months, some much longer. Most Groups meet every other week, some each week and some once a month.

Some of the things NBCC Groups are designed to do:

  • Share common recreational and creative interests like: cooking, sewing, classic cars, biking, basketball, golf, Pilates and art.

  • Study the Bible, Jewish Roots and encourage Prayer.

  • Provide mentoring and instruction in how to build a stronger marriage, be a better parent, get out of debt or develop a victorious financial plan.

  • Join together as young married couples, 'empty nesters' or single parents to develop a support system and foster friendships.

  • Use life-skills and experience to train others.

  • Develop a healthier lifestyle through exercise, diet and nutrition.
